Recruitment and immigration for employers and job seekers.
GRIA is now part of Hire Australia.
GRIA has merged with Hire Australia. Candidate registrations and recruitment are now handled by Hire Australia.
Your CV is the starting point
Create a smart profile, apply for roles or join the talent pool. Hire Australia's recruiters can then match your skills and experience to new opportunities.
You can register whether you already have Australian work rights or need to explore sponsorship. The platform asks about work rights first.
From registration to job matching
Register your account
Sign up with Google, Facebook or email on Hire Australia. All new registrations happen there.
Create your smart profile
Answer the work-rights questions first, then upload your CV. It fills in most of the form; review the details so they reflect your experience.
Apply or join the talent pool
Browse the job board and apply for suitable roles, or join the talent pool so recruiters can match you to new roles.
Keep your availability up to date
Hire Australia sends availability check‑ins every two weeks. Keeping your profile current helps recruiters understand whether you are ready for a new role.
Anyone can browse job teasers. A free account is needed to see full job details and apply.
Before you start
- Have your current CV ready.
- Think about the work you want and where you could work.
- Have your work-rights information to hand.
If you need sponsorship
Immigration support continues through Australian Immigration Agency (AIA).
Do I need to book a consultation to register?
No. Registration is free. If you need sponsorship, you can choose an optional $295 consultation with AIA to discuss your circumstances.
When is visa eligibility checked?
After a job match, AIA checks visa eligibility. A match does not guarantee sponsorship or a visa; these depend on the employer, the role and your circumstances.
Do employers use the platform too?
Candidates use the platform to create a profile and apply for jobs. For employers, Hire Australia's recruiters run the search and send a shortlist.
Start with your Hire Australia profile
Registration is free and takes about 5 minutes. Upload your CV to fill in most of your profile.
