Recruitment and immigration for employers and job seekers.
GRIA is now part of Hire Australia.
Skilled people for Australian employers, with the visa side handled
GRIA has merged with Hire Australia. Recruitment, registration and enquiries now run through Hire Australia, and visa work stays with our immigration service, Australian Immigration Agency (AIA).
We find candidates in Australia and overseas, check their visa options before you meet them, and manage the sponsorship once you've chosen.
Recruitment and immigration in one service
Recruitment
We search local and international talent for roles in healthcare, aged care, trades, construction, hospitality and more, and send you a shortlist of people who fit.
Hiring with usImmigration
AIA's registered migration agents handle sponsorship, nomination and the visa, and keep you compliant with the Department of Home Affairs.
How the visa side worksGlobal talent
We recruit from countries including the Philippines, India, South Africa, Fiji, the UK, Ireland and Sri Lanka, through ethical, licensed channels.
Where we recruitIn-demand roles
Many skill-shortage occupations can be filled with a sponsored worker. AIA checks whether your role qualifies before you start.
Which roles are eligibleTwo ways in, one team behind them
For employers
- Tell us about the role in a short enquiry or call.
- Our recruiters search, screen and check visa eligibility.
- You interview a shortlist and choose.
- AIA manages the visa if one is needed.
For candidates
- Register free on the Hire Australia platform.
- Upload your CV and your profile fills itself in, in about five minutes.
- Apply for jobs or join the talent pool for new roles.
- Need a visa? Book an optional $295 consultation with AIA.
Fewer surprises between "we need someone" and their first day
International hiring goes wrong when the visa is an afterthought. We look at visa options while we plan and advertise the role, so you only meet candidates who can actually take the job.
One fixed fee: 15% of the candidate's base salary, excluding super, plus GST. You pay only after a successful placement, and not until two months after your new employee starts. If they leave within the first two months, you won't be invoiced for them and we'll find you a replacement. Full terms are in your recruitment agreement.
What you can count on
- Candidates screened for skills, experience and visa eligibility
- Registered migration agents (MARA) on every visa case
- Written visa quotes from AIA before any visa work starts
- Help with sponsorship obligations after your new employee arrives
